I bring two of my cats to Victoria Animal Hospital, and each time I’ve brought them in for health issues, they have been resolved or referred out to specialty. We are very thankful to the vets, techs and staff for their care and professionalism with our tiny, but loved members of the family! I would not hesitate to trust them with their care.
I couldn’t ask for a better Animal Hospital. The staff are the most genuinely friendly people, they know my pet better than my own doctor knows me. The Vet is also kind and considerate, explains everything so that I can comprehend and care for my pet at home after the visit. I would HIGHLY recommend Victoria Animal Hospital for your pet’s needs
From the front desk staff to the techs to the vets, everyone here takes the care of our pets as the first priority. They explain what’s going on and treatment options clearly and treat their patients with respect and love. I finally found the vet clinic I’ve been searching for!
They are very kind and understanding. You can set appointments using the pet desk app which is very convenient. They are very accommodating and will usually see both my cats at the same time.
Fast and easy appt, didn’t wait more than 10 min on any of my last 7 visits to be seen, staff was kind and gentle with my animal babies, prices are fair, received follow up call after each visit… my personal dr office has never followed up with any of my visits lol.. I would highly recommend…
I’ve always loved taking my dogs here. The vets are amazing and knowledgeable and don’t leave any stone unturned, and getting an appointment is easy. I’m lucky to live near the clinic when my dog was having an emergency, and they took him in within 30min of me calling. But my favorite thing has to be how personal the staff is! Not only are they super friendly, but I love that they ALWAYS call about my pet the day after and ask follow up questions to check in on how my dog is doing. Dakota, Scout, and Bella thank you for all you’ve done!
I am a brand new client to Victoria Animal Hospital. Recently switched from another local vet and I am SO happy that I made the change. The staff is amazing! Kind and caring for my fur babies, as well as my anxious heart. I have been able to get an appt for my pupper, when we desperately needed one, without a weeklong wait. That’s HUGE! They are responsive to my phone calls and quick to return my calls and test results. I am so happy I made the switch. Took me many years to do it, and now I’m so pleased with the care my babies are receiving. If you’re on the fence about switching vets or even about just giving them a try, please do not hesitate another moment. I am sure you will walk away smiling, just as I have.
